Early winter get away

Property was clean and close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and 4 TV’s for the rainy days. Outdoor area at the house could use a little work but overall a great place to stay.

We have rented this property before especially when we have a lot of family in town. It’s so conveniently located for our family and walkable to downtown NMB. Pooch friendly too!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here and will very likely return. Everything was just as advertised on Vrbo. And the 2 patios were very convenient for our 2 dogs. The only negative I could say would be the 2 patios could use some TLC and we did encounter a few Palmetto bugs inside each evening…dead and alive. But it is the beach!

Beach getaway

We loved staying at the “Tree House Cottage “ and can’t wait to come back and visit again. It was nice and clean and very inviting. We just wanted to get away and relax for a few days, and this house more than helped us do that. The weather was perfect, the beach was beautiful and we were close to restaurants and attractions. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, there are two different fenced in areas to choose from to sit outside and enjoy your privacy or relax on the entryway porch. We can’t wait to come back and visit again and stay in this beautiful house! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The home was nice, but there were at least 7 live waterbug seen and killed during our stay. We found 4 dead on arrival. The 3rd bedroom was hot. Hardly any airflow coming through the floor vents. The gated yard was a mess. Rock and bricks and no grass. We never sat out there. The floors were very dirty. No courtesy toilet paper on arrival. Would not stay here again.

The house has been recently updated reflected the owners' classy style. Its just a short two block walk or drive to the beach. There is plenty to do downtown for any age, we also love how clean North Myrtle is. We met the kind next door neighbor Jen towards the end of the week! We'll definitely be open to staying here again!

The TreeHouse is the place to stay

Reviewer Comments: We have never been so pleased with a rental as we were at the "Treehouse".It is a short ride from the airport and walking distance to the best beach. We absolutely loved the decor. It is clearly a "Beachy" vibe and so tastefully decorated. Adorable kitchen/dining area with sitting space as you enter. The first floor bedroom was spacious and comfy. The top floor has two bedrooms, both cute as can be. There is an "entertainment" area adjoining the bedroom area. It had a large sofa for late night movie time or gaming fun. Wall mounted TV's in all rooms. We can not say enough about how this rental made our trip that much better. We are already planning our next vacation to North Myrtle Beach and we will be requesting the TreeHouse again. Kudos to the owners! Thank y'all.

Lovely Pet Friendly Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly as pictured and described and it more spacious than what I was expecting. Furnishings are still in great condition and the house was very clean. That's not always the case for pet friendly rentals. I tend to stay away from them if not traveling with a pet but you'd never know that animals have been in this house. Our kids enjoyed the upstairs room with couch. Fenced in areas have room for improvement. We found it useful to store our beach stuff in the one area but neither were places where I'd want to spend time relaxing in the chairs. We we didn't spend much time at the house anyway. Location was perfect. A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed Barefoot Landing and Shark Walk Water Inflatable Park both ~10-15 min drive away.

Reviewer Comments: First I would like to thank Tracy for going over and above and doing everything she did to make sure we had a beautiful awesome vacation home. After being scammed through VRBO I contacted on a direct by accident and was so lucky to get Tracy who made this vacation happen a day before we will leaving on a 4th of July weekend how amazing was that. When we got to the house it was beautiful it was perfect it was clean it was near the beach Tracy also recommended we rent a golf cart it was the best thing we did the kids loved it we had a very very wonderful vacation thank you Tracy and thank you own a direct I would rent from this company over and over I would rent this house over and over. The entire staff that was helpful they made anything you need happen if we called them for something they were right on it they were pleasant they were happy they were nice they spoke to you like they knew you forever and like family. If you want an easy vacation and one with a company who treats you like you're their friend call them they are wonderful and so is their home.
