Nice decor, perfect location -but could use a deep cleaning
We had trouble getting in the gate initially. The codes change every month and the May code was not active on May 1 and was not active when we left on May 4. With the help of the desk and a nice resident we were able to get in. The contact number for emergencies was very responsive.The furniture was just as described. The bed was a bit high and soft. All the small appliances you need are there and in working order( we used Keurig, iron, frig, TV) TV in the bedroom was very small. And the towels were small, thin and dingy looking.The Wi Fi is not secure.My biggest issue was the smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled like mold/mildew. There was a buildup of mold and mildew in the master shower. I sent a message to the contact given-they responded and said they sent a tech to look at it and said that the tech said he didn’t smell anything. Not sure if the tech LOOKED, but the last response was from the desk was ’It looks like the shower needs caulking.Not sure what you want me to do’. I told them that I can clearly see MOLD building up in the shower and I sent pictures. I rarely get headaches- but I had a headache every morning while staying here.Other than the moldy smell- the place was nice with a beautiful view if the waterway.The place needs a good cleaning.
