Charleston is bigger than my city with double the traffic. The young man that checked us in was very nice as well. Great energy I don't know if it was Michael but he is very positive and a great face at the desk. I manage a resort in Myrtle Beach and I would hire both of them. Thanks for the impeccable service. "Everything is great! Parking not so much! Employees park at the entrance so it’s no where to unload your luggage and my mom is handicap so had to unload her from the parking lot vs at the front door."

"Staff was friendly and knowledgeable my first night was awesome. Garbage needs to be done more often and house keeping left a huge bag of dirty something right outside my door along with an ice bucket. Pool needs lots of work hand rail isn’t even sturdy and a few other things needs repair. Second night noisy people had to have front desk take care of it not your fault some people shouldn’t be allowed in public."
