Cane to a very unwelcoming and rude front desk person and there was no shuttles like it advised. When i asked questions from front desk, she never wanted to answer. Hotel lobby smells like weed! And she gave me a room and when i entered, it smelled like onlu dirty carpet and someone peed in ghe bathroom toilet and wasn't even flushed. Im a nurses who travel for work but tbis is the terrible place I've ever had to stay. Scary here and so much noisy.

Had trouble with the room key(s) not working. Maintenance tried the keys with no success and finally just let me into the room. They never did fix the problem. I had to leave the door ajar each time I left the room, so I could get back in. The room was clean but dated. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

I had a room for four day without ac they tried to give me a different room that had trash everywhere sheets was not clean and the room smelled and ac didn’t work there neither will not book here ever again especially with the coronavirus out here sanitation is not here

I waited a few minutes before being helped, which was ok ( no one else was waiting ), but when I finally was my service representative barely said hello and said nothing during the transaction. She was probably done with dealing with the public, I get it because I work in customer service as well. Also upon entering the building the floor was in deep need of a vacuuming. While I was there another patron asked for a different room as there was an issue with her current one. She actually got a nice young lady to help her. Upon entering our room I felt like I had to re-sanitize it as it didn’t seem so clean. Could be just because it was a room in need of a makeover. The bathroom had a shower that didn’t latch as well as a big glob of dried spackle covering part of the shower. There were holes ( nail holes, small ) on the bathroom walls that if I had some spackle I would have filled them in myself. The room just seemed very small and in need of a makeover. The baseboards were crazy dusty, I just felt like the room needed a thorough cleaning. The beds were comfy though. I do appreciate the hotel was open during this epidemic, and I realize the support staff is probably overwhelmed, however, next time I’m in the area I will choose a different hotel. For a bit over a hundred a night I guess I expected a bit better.

The property is beautiful welcoming The staff honestly was very bad they need more training to explain the customer questions they asking I booked my stay for 2 days through Travelocity November 30 to November 2 but I decide on las minute Sunday by 10 am to check out but before I do that I call front desk to asked if I check out they will charge me for the other day she said clearly NO they won’t and I was waiting for all week for my refund When I call again to asked finally another staff told me no I won’t see any refund and she explain I’m not happy about it because

Staff at time i checked in she was very nice. Breakfast was not that pleasant cold food. The elevator was scary made alot of noise. Room was very clean and comfortable

Breakfast was good. Warm breakfast with eggs and a waffle maker. I liked the shuttle to the airport. Easy to request. They also allowed for a late check out. However, the area wasn't great. I was warned by local friends to not be out after dark. I walked a half mile to get some dinner (early) and on the way back I was approached 3 separate times by different people. I'm glad they warned me! Also the pool did not look great (unhealthy color) and my room was not the cleanest (fingerprints on sink faucet and mirror, and a stain on one of the bed linens).
