Overall great experience. They charge $45 canadian for parking plus tax. Kind of expensive for guests that already pay a lot for the stay. Great location, optimal views of the falls.

The hotel was clean and had a variety of resturants and a bar. The location was perfect about a 7 minute walk to the falls and around the corner Clinton hill and several restaurants. There is a spa and indoor pool. The room I stayed in was modern the view was perfect.

We had room 2157, the falls view from the room is amazing, and we have had good view of the nightly fireworks. The room is spacious and bedding is comfortable. I would have rated a true Five Star if all the elevators were working. But unfortunately, one elevator was our of order for the whole 3-day duration which we were at the hotel.
