Great room, very good service, quiet hotel, great location. Hotel could use some amenities, like a gym or pool, but it is an older location, which appears to be necessary for the area. I would recommend staying here.

Always a great time at the Sterling. Depending on the room, beds can be hit and miss (hard and uncomfortable). Everything else is great. Clean. Location is central enough to things but not in the nicest area of town. Breakfasts are amazing. Large spacious rooms.

Great Location, lovely staff but get some rugs!!

Location and staff were great. Room was lovely and spacious (offered a free upgrade) Unfortunately the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the noise from the room above both ruined the stay slightly. The flooring is just not suitable for a multi floor hotel and because we were on the ground floor, the noise was awful and it was just from them walking around…..A LOT!

Overall, this hotel is neat and tidy. One drawback is hot water for shower becomes warm in 10 min. Next person needs to wait hot water coming back.

The staff was extremely kind, professional. And knowledgeable. They called and checked in on me atleast twice a day to make sure I had everything I needed. I received an upgrade on my room for the same price, just because. The room was as large as a studio apartment. It was extremely clean and smelled nice and fresh. The bed was very very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. The leather lounge chairs in the room were extremely comfortable. I have stayed in alot of hotels, but this by far was the best I have ever stayed in. I was thoroughly impressed. I am definitely going to book my next stay here when I come again. This Inn & Spa definitely gets a 10 out of 10. It was definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Inn & Spa.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Gorgeous room with an amazing layout. The self cleaning jacuzzi tub was so relaxing…we lounged in the tub, read, and watched March madness while soaking in a hot bubble bath. Parking was additional which was a but disappointing but definitely worth the stay and connivence. The hotel staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the property and area. The cherry on top was the complimentary room service breakfast tray. The croissants & french press coffee were to die for.

Our stay was to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Our room, and that of the party travelling with us was upgraded beautifully. The rooms are stunning! All the staff we interacted with--behind the desk, housekeeping, and at the restaurant were lovely, welcoming and accommodating. The fresh ground coffee from the station in the lobby was delicious, as was the daily breakfast delivered to our rooms. The location was also perfect--just a few blocks away from the entertainment strip and falls. We plan to visit again, and look forward to our next stay at the Sterling Inn.

Great stay. Only a couple of issues were the mattress seen better days and should be replaced and never used a pressed coffee maker before, ended up wasting the coffee. Other then that, great massage at the Spa. Will be back soon.
