Enjoy crisp sea air mornings and peaceful evenings filled with the sounds of passing boats, birds, and sea lions. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors. Watch the activity in the bay from the dining room while enjoying a nice meal. The living room has brand new comfortable seating for all and a fold out sofa sleeper for the evening. The second bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage, and is perfect for two. Our second stay in this unit. Two years in a row. Just a superior property. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully appointed, with an exceptional location. My only complaint is what I strongly feel is an unacceptable early checkout. For the price of this accommodation it’s an insult to have to rush out on the final morning by 10am. A normal checkout time of 11am would go a long way.

The views were magnificent. Accommodations comfortable. A disappointment that the rogue brewery was closed down. The TV progamming is less than desirable. You need streaming services. Showers could use grab bars floor is slick. Short on hand BR towels & kitchen cloths. Location is supreme.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The beds were comfortable, and our concern about being close to the bridge was unfounded; we did not hear any noise. The shower and jacuzzi tub were perfect. The marina & jetty are just a short walk away. The condo was spotless and located in a lovely, peaceful area. We would love to return. The only downside was the check-out time, which was set at 10 AM. I understand the need to have the condo cleaned for the next renter, but it would have been wonderful to enjoy the location a little longer, given the price we paid.

Great Location

The unit was fabulous and it is in a great location.If renting durnig a hot spell, please note it does not have AC. Fans are provided; however the windows in the bedrooms only open a small amount from the top.Still think it is a great place.

Stunning Condo on the water

This Condo on the 1st level was just wonderful. Furniture was nice, decorated wonderfully. Loved the small balcony over the water. Right by the large bridge crossing the bay.There was a tsunami warning and we ended up leaving a night early. Unfortunately Oregon Beach Vacations (managing the condo) will not refund the last night we were there. We came in a night early as well. They said "the reservation is non-refundable" but that's not what the VRBO extenuating circumstances policy says. Very unfortunate because we would have liked to return. Possibly they will give us a partial refund and we would change our review.

Perfect getaway

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this unit. The location is perfect. Close to beach access, docks for crabbing & beach for clamming. The patio has a perfect view for watching boats crossing the bar & seeing marine life. Great kitchen comfy beds. Gsrsgec& elevator.

Very comfortable, relaxing and beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated, nice location, fabulous view. Love the view from the living room, master bedroom and bath. Spacious. We plan to come back for 3 nights in the future.

Can’t wait to stay here again!

This condo has breathtaking views, is a stones throw from Rogue Brewery and crab docks, and is next to a beautiful, flat, paved 1/2mile path to the beach! It is so close to everything we love about Newport, primarily Nye Beach and the historic downtown area on the bay.The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for toiletries and cooking. There were ample dishes, glassware (including wine and cocktail glassware) and cookware. There was no syran wrap, foil or ziplocks but there was tupperware for temporary use! The beds and couches were extremely comfortable. The fireplace added nice ambiance and the TV and puzzles provided entertainment.Love love love this house!!!!

Great location with great view.

The house is in not far away from the harbor and you can watch fishing boats sailing through your windows. But there is loud noise coming from the bridge in the evening. There is sand on the carpet when we checked in. There is not enough cleaning supply for our stay, but we got some from the local store. Water heater is small, and it runs out of hot water after my kids took shower. But overall, we are satisfied.

Great Spot!

Note that it is a Condo and not a townhome. Entrance is on 2nd floor above the garage. We were a little confused checking in but I had two tired toddlers yelling at me while trying to figure it out so probably just me. Great location. We went clamming in the bay right in front of our place. Pier is just down the street. Great View. They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come back. Having a garage was nice as well.

Seafood & Wine Festival

Amazing view! It was so enjoyable to watch all of the comings and goings in the harbor. Stayed here for the proximity to the Seafood & Wine festival-it couldn't have been a better location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Set Up

Spacious accommodations in a great location. Enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Room sizes were generous with nice bathrooms. Kitchen and family room both large and comfortable. It was also nice to have a garage to park in. Elevator made packing stuff in and out easy. Very simple and straight forward leaving instructions. A few notes: The heat is radiant floor heat - so be sure to turn on as soon as you get there. Kitchen had basics for cook / bakeware, but be sure to bring any condiments / spices / foil / ziplocs you need with you. Garage keypad may have dead battery - so grab the opener from upstairs to use while you are there.

The door to the property isn't in the garage, it's upstairs so I was a little confused. And the ad didn't mention that you can't cook crab in the unit but aside from those things we had a great visit! Thanks for having us
