It is a great location and easy process to check in. The key card did not work but the front desk who is NOT affiliated with Vacasa was very helpful. We walked into the condo then was faced at another open door that led into another condo. This door could only be locked by a key which no one on the property had access to. I tried to see if I could get a key to lock it. After contacting customer service through Vacasa they told me to find 168B. I walked to building B and looked through all the numbers, no luck. Went back to the front desk to find out that that number doesn’t even exist. I don’t know this area and not comfortable and just not safe to have a door not able to lock. The other issues we had were that it smelled pretty dingy, the sheets are stained and cobwebs everywhere. If they could deep clean the place, shampoo the carpets, put the outdoor furniture back and replace the bedding with white anything so it can be cleaned and bleached properly and leave a key in the second lockbox then we might would want to stay. We didn’t even walk into the bathroom… We gave back the keycard to the front desk and arranged another condo with them. You cannot contact the local Vacasa team but you can call a customer service line or live chat with them daily but I’m getting nowhere. Again DO NOT RECOMMEND.
