THE PROPERTY

Our curb appeal is charming and quaint, but this home is larger than it looks on the outside! Walking in you are immediately greeted with vaulted ceilings and a warm, cozy atmosphere. There is much to enjoy along the way, but may we recommend heading straight through to the back patio with lovely forest views that boast the colors of whichever season you may find yourselves visiting Oregon. 

Avery House offers an open floor plan which welcomes large families and friend getaways! You'll find many places to gather together along with private spaces to escape to for a little R&R. This towering treehouse of a home spreads across three grand levels. One perk of this property is full main-level living. Guests will find a luxury fully stocked kitchen which is perfect for home-cooked meals. Don't want to cook on this vacay? Hire one of our in-home chefs to do all the prep, cooking, and cleanup! No need for you or your guests to lift a finger, all you need to do is enjoy! The gorgeous, modern farmhouse table allows expansion easily accommodating groups of twelve. Perfect to dine al fresco? Enjoy a nice BBQ meal on the back deck and a cool lounge seating area right off the kitchen! The outdoor vibe also allows for intimate evening conversations while sipping on your favorite bottle from the day's findings after exploring Oregon wine country. After a great meal, you'll find yourselves casually flowing into the living room with seating for the whole gang and a gas fireplace easily lit by the flip of a switch! The main level living wouldn't be complete without the luxurious full guest bath and queen bedroom.

Make your way up the stairs and find four spacious bedrooms. You'll want to be the first to choose bedrooms not missing out on the absolutely gorgeous primary king suite! This room provides its very own wet bar with wine cooler and coffee station, of course you are in Oregon after all, a cozy fireside seating area, luxurious king bed, and lavish en suite spa bathroom. A deep soaking tub with forest views, a separate spacious standing shower, and double vanity sinks are only some of the amenities you will enjoy. 

An additional three spacious queen size bedrooms, a full guest bath, a laundry room, and a desk are available upstairs. Did we mention all bedrooms feature a SmartTV for everyone's personal enjoyment?

Moving to the lower level of this lovingly referred to "treehouse" you will instantly be welcomed to "the fun zone"! Yet another living room "game room" for everyone to hang out in an indoor/outdoor flow. This space can be used for game nights, movie nights, or conversations with a large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, foosball table, record player, and game table. Right outside you'll love the outdoor bar seating and fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and cornhole for a full evening of entertaining. Additionally, you will find yet another full bathroom and king bedroom downstairs to wrap up the accommodations for twelve. 

Just under a mile to downtown Newberg, The Avery House is very close to locally-loved restaurants like Subterra, Newbergundian, and Ruddick/Wood, and downtown tasting rooms like Anam Cara, Chehalem Wines, and Valley Wine Merchants. If you're up for an outdoor adventure, close by is Champoeg State Park for a pleasant hike, or play disc golf with the kiddos. Most importantly, a short scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 250+ wineries.

Keep in mind this home is both Dog-Friendly and Family Friendly. We do provide family items such as baby gates, high chairs, and pack 'n play for those traveling with young ones. While also ensuring you have everything you need for your own personal retreat like yoga mats, additional kitchen appliances, and outdoor games being available to rent upon request.
