We were a little disappointed with some of the amenities. No dish towels, no toilet paper holders, no hooks in the entry hall or bathrooms to hang things on. There was an obviously pre-existing plumbing leak in one of the single bedrooms that keaked on the bed when someone showered so we had to move the bed out of the way. There was no wifi when we checked in - turns out someone had unplugged the router and it worked fine once we discovered what the trouble was. The rug under the dining table was dirty and seemed worn. The shower door on the main floor seemed to be installed improperly as it made a loud scraping noise when trying to open or close it. There was no welcome book with instructions of any kind which we have always found helpful elsewhere. For the price we paid we expected more. Maybe our expectations for a mid-town Manhattan apartment described as "chic" were too high. It was located convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Accomodation suited our needs (7 adults & 2 kids). Location was fantastic. Not too far to walk to any major attraction with a 7 year old. Some of the heating pipes in the rooms were a bit dangerous as my son burnt his arm as he walked past one. Everything else was great. Would gladly recommend this property

Communication was great! This was perfect for our family and what we looking for. The location was very accessible and we felt safe. Like any NY apt the rooms could become very hot but as soon as we figured out the ac units it was all good. The unit was clean and had everything we needed in terms of amenities. We did feel like it could benefit from a good “handyman”- laminate was coming off the table, shower door didn’t close very well, etc.

We were able to drop bags even earlier than originally offered - which was great, so we didn't have to drag luggage around the city. We had issue with the heat (it was actually too hot) but I texted the house-man and he was very responsive. Told us what we needed to do to cool down the bedrooms. Mid-way through our stay, house-man reached out to see if we needed anything. We'd stay there again. It was close to walk to most of the sites we visited.

Want to begin by saying the location to your property is Excellent! Walking distance to several tourist attractions, lots of food/bar choices, and proximity to the Penn Station. The Unit unfortunately is not what we expected, here are a few items that made the visit unpleasant: (1) roaches throughout the unit, I texted the Host upon arrival, Exterminator arrived 2 days later @ 5:00 pm; (2) Heat/AC, weather was very pleasant in NYC where the A/C was needed, however the heat contradicted the AC and there was no cool air, made for very unpleasant sleeping; (3) HOT Pipes in basement bedrooms, very low ceilings, had to duck, so if tall, do not recommend, severe burns if you accidentally touched the pipes; (4) website promotes luxury toiletries: dial soap, head & shoulders shampoo, an 1-ply toilet paper contradict this; (5) Definitely not 5 Queen beds in the Unit, per website; (6) keys on kitchen table do not work.

Location was convenient and the host was prompt to answer any questions. Place was perfect size for our needs. Rooms are a little shabby, paint peeling off the walls, and need to be updated. Could have been a little cleaner and some little baby roaches were seen. Overall the price was right, and we were pleased with our stay.

The location was perfect for going to shows and within walking distance to Restaurant Row too.3 BR and 2 Baths on first floor and 2 tiny BR (with no closets ) and 1 bathroom in the floor below. You had to duck to get into this shower. We did have a slight issue with cockroaches and we left a chocolate bar on the table which was partially eaten by a critter that we never saw.

The neighborhood was business with an active vape shop Nextdoor. There were 5 bedrooms but 2 veered very small and the en-suite had no window. The bedding was adequate but not comfortable. It was clean and had a good stocked kitchen The washer and deter were newer and worked well.

Convenient neighborhood. Great communication with manager. Kitchen had seating for all 6 of us. The downside was the height of the ceiling in the basement. Too low for anyone over 5'8" to be down there and not hit their head.

Very practically located

We booked very last minute. A good situated appartment, good quality of beds, sofa, table and chairs. Two rooms are half in the cellar but still have a window. The bathroom downstairs is very low. Fortunately we had 2 bathrooms upstairs. Host was very nice to let us stay till 14pm.

Amazing stay in amazing location , friendly hosts

Cleaning was top notch , everything smelled & looked well cleaned. Location near Times Square for my conference was also perfect for me & ideal for most needing to be centrally located in manhattan. Unit can definitely used to accommodate multiple guests comfortably given the space. The host was practical & very responsive to all my questions.

Stay of our dreams

What an absolute treat to have had the opportunity to stay here. The location was perfect for my family, right in the heart of the city. Food, transportation and activities were right outside our front door. The place itself was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The host was extremely polite and accommodating! I highly recommend this stay, we will absolutely be coming back!
