**NOTE** This is a completely private and separate guesthouse attached to the primary residence of its owner.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the Fun Coast Rentals Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $300.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Attached driveway space (Dedicated) offered free of charge to guests. Please note that pictured enclosed garage in front of the driveway is not available for guest use. RV's, trailers, or oversized trucks are not permitted to be parked at this property.

This property is pet friendly with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Please make sure that you have disclosed and paid for any pets you intend to bring along prior to your check-in. Penalties apply for undisclosed pets found after check in. Two (2) well-behaved cats or dogs maximum per booking are permitted. Pets are not to be allowed on any furniture in the property and must be cleaned up after throughout guest stay.
