This hotel is undergoing major renovations. It will eventually be a nice location but currently undergoing a major facelift. Most upsetting was the way we were received as guests. I have a trained service animal and the individual checking us in was extremely rude about it. They treated our check in and, frankly, my presence as a complete inconvenience. He also complained that I used a third party booking to make the reservation for this stay. Overall it would have been nice to have a heads up on the construction, but the reception staff made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Customer service was terrible. Booking details were incorrect. The shower water wouldn’t get hot. The hotel itself was a maze , spent 20 mins just looking for our room.

Stay somewhere else until they figure out how to do proper renovations. WiFi didn’t work. No tv channels. Beds are on wheels/casters. No hot water for showers. Barely warm water. Broken tub plug anyways so no bath even if there was hot water. Pool closed. Power went out in a storm (which is understandable) but no generator back up. Side note, who ever is doing the renovation work should be fired. Caulking around the shower/tub was globbed and smeared. Paint splatter on everything it shouldn’t be on (coffee pot, shelf over sink, etc). A 2 year old with finger paint could do better. If you have that much money to own an entire hotel, hire quality contractors. Oh. The lady at the front was nice.

It’s under construction, room was pretty terrible. They are upgrading from lobby inwards. Wish I chose a different hotel. Shuttle almost left 5 minutes before schedule, had to run after them.

Under renovation in August 2025

Hate to give a negative review but not a lot of choice. Under new ownership since January and they started renovations ~8/10/25. They should be done by end of month and it looks like it will be nice, but lobby area is in shambles and they seemed short staffed. Last minute 9p check in after my flight was cancelled. Restaurant closed, vending machine jammed eating my money. Room was decent, bed soft. But power went out for 2 hours from 11-1a. Lights in the hallway but no room power or AC. Lobby staff had no info. Slept fine, water pressure decent. What can ya do.

Although the customer servicecwas outstanding, management left them no choice to be so accommodating with all the construction and noise. No dining and no pool. Dusr from all the construction and I had to ge moved twice to a different room. No air inbthe first room and the tv didn't work in the second room. Plus, I still could not get a refund fir at leadt one stay, and I stayed 2 nights. Jennycwas your saving grace. But, I still would like to get credited fir a leadt one night stay. Management should not have had guest stay there. Very Poor Management Skills.

Pool closed. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. No ac in first room so had to pack up and move to different room. No breakfast buffet. Renovation going on in lobby so very dusty. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits served in dust covered lobby. Had to have construction crew move items out of the way just to get through. Poor tv reception. Nothing like any Wyndam I have ever stayed at before.
