Staff was very nice. Room was okay, furniture was old and dresser chip. Bed was very comfortable. We was on the first floor wasn't able to open our curtain without guest looking in. Bathroom was clean,tile had some cracks. Room and bathroom need a update. Pictures online was deceiving.

There are not great affordable options in New London. This hotel was conveniently located but still being renovated. The rooms had 2 full size beds -not 2 queens- which was a bit challenging for my family (we are all over 6 foot tall).

Whole place smelled bad. Had to carry luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator. Bathroom door had a large piece torn off of it.
