I think this is a new hotel that is still working the kinks out. There was no mention here on Travelocity or at the Hotel that there is no parking included. You have to use their valet at $60 a day or park somewhere else.
After you get out of your car at the valet and walk into what you would think is the lobby you find there is no one there and no instructions on where to find anyone. There was a confusing sign outside the elevators indicating "Reception" was on the 11th floor. I had to check again to see if read it correctly. Sure enough the lobby is upstairs.
We arrived at 3:15 and asked if we might be able to check in 45 minutes early. There was one other gentleman that had been waiting to check in as well and the person helping me seemed very busy helping the two of us. He told me that it would be closer to 4pm when the room works be ready so my wife and I went back down to where we left the car to get our luggage. When we returned to the lobby about 15 minutes later I started toward the man behind the desk when he looks at me and says my name and I said yes and his next word was "so". Right then I said I really don't like hearing him staring off a conversation with "So".
So the "So" was to tell me that they didn't have the single king size bed I had reserved but he did have two queens, didn't feel like we had much choice so we took it.
No instructions or signage telling you that you had to scan room key to get to the floors with rooms.
Won't be back, sorry.
