Welcome to your peaceful retreat on a beautiful 5-acre estate that backs up to 600 acres of county-owned land. This expansive 4BR/3BA home with a large heated pool offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of room to unwind. Enjoy multiple living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV with live streaming, and direct access to a shared pickleball court—ideal for family fun or group gatherings.

Rock Road Estate & Ranch is a unique multi-unit property perfect for families and groups traveling together. The left side features a private 2-bedroom, 1-bath Guest House, the center is the spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath Main House with a pool, and the right side includes two separate studio apartments — one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit is fully private, making it perfect for friends and extended family who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Please note: the owner and cleaners retain access to the garage and may occasionally use it for storage or laundry. Guests may still park one vehicle inside the garage.

There are three homes on the property, and this listing is for the main 4-bedroom house, also rented on Airbnb. Guests enjoy a private pool area and a designated portion of the yard. A horse ranch is onsite, though horses remain behind privacy fencing and are not visible. Two outdoor cats also live on the property and may occasionally roam nearby.

Pets must remain on a leash outdoors, and guests should not feed or touch the horses or outdoor cats. Water comes from a high-quality reverse osmosis system, and septic guidelines apply—no wipes, feminine products, or food down the drains.

Located at the end of a quiet gravel road where every home sits on at least an acre, this country setting offers serenity while remaining close to Naples, Marco Island, beaches, restaurants, and shops.
