Very nice, professional desk person (3/18/24 later evening) Hotel has had complete remodel. It was quiet, very clean and well set up. Highly recommend. All staff seemed to take pride in their work. Had an AssHat MAGA type that railed on a worker because the golden ball at top of the flagpole (properly displaying and lighting the USA flag) was tilted. Felt bad for the foreign national worker doing their best to address a clearly racist disgrace of a US citizen.

We unfortunately found ourselves across from two families with no regard for anyone but themselves. Both rooms traveling together let the doors slam, talked loud in the hall moving in and out of their rooms and made little change when we spoke. It is difficult to ensure guests are courteous and the hotel can only do so much with guests such as these families.

Very noisy all night long. Noise came from guests above us constantly. It was like they never slept.
