Upon checking in there was an older woman on the phone who was very angry, and swearing. She finally stated to us that she would be right with us. She then proceeded to be annoyed with the other girl behind the counter who was training. I felt so bad for her.
The day prior I had called the hotel to ask if they can accommodate my room next to another friend who was also staying there. She not only yelled at me, but stated how dare I call during her busy time and ask for this.
Upon checking out there was a man at the front. He also seemed a bit rude when I asked for a receipt, and also asked for the name of the woman who checked me in. He asked me in a rude as to why, and I stated for a google review. I did tell me her name was Candace. Not sure if it’s right, but due to the awful staff here, and the smells of the room, and how outdated it is, and breakfast being horrible I will NEVER stay here again!
