Nightmare Stay

Checked in and went to property entered and place did not smell good. Opened sofa bed to crumbs and no sheets or pillows. ALL vents in condo had black mold and my wife has cancer so wasn’t the place to be. Check in was 4p and was bounced around by representatives via phone when I reported incident for 8 straight hours with no resolution and then at 12a I was told if I wanted full refund I would need to vacate premises with family immediately.

Review of rental

The location was excellent. The condo for the money we paid should have been better. The living room furniture was showing quite a bit of wear and the floors need a good wash. The air vents had dust and rust all over them. It was a excellent location and we did enjoy ourselfs.

Beach week

The property is lovely! The apartment needs some love and care and some fixing up. The leak on the kitchen faucet was the worst. We couldn’t use the faucet at all. Dishwasher wouldn’t drain completely leaving stale water. Refrigerator door shelves were missing and/or cracked.

Disappointed

The condo was clean and decorated nicely, but it was not updated with necessary items that were suppose to be provided. There were no parking passes when we got there. We had two blankets only for the 4 beds. One tv did work at all and one didn’t work correctly. The kitchen was not well Supplied at all. Only one kitchen towel, no pot holders, limited and old pans, dishes, and silverware. We had two forks for 4 people. We called every day to get items needed and nothing was ever done about it. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this unit or a Vacasa rental as they didn’t correct any of the problems we called about.

Last hu rah before school starts

The property had sand everywhere on the floor when we entered. Don't think they vacuumed. Overall the room was nice but it is not an oceanfront it's a side view of the beach.

Price was way to high for the amenities

Sliding door was broken, no toaster, only 1 roll toilet paper, no washcloths, towels left lint all over your body. Light in the kitchen was not working needed to bring in workers to fix it. Not a very comfortable place to stay especially for the price of the condo.

Decent property

The furniture in this condo could use an upgrade. The beds were not too comfy and the chair/couch weren't ideal for a family stay. The overall complex was great tho, awesome pools & lazy river and super easy access to the beach! Short trip this place is perfect but comfort wise it could use some sprucing up.

great getaway, close to everything

Fresh linens and clean bathrooms but the rest of condo was not clean( won't go into details on here). Could not get TVs to work until we realized that there ware no batteries, lol so we replaced them, the kitchen lacks alot of cooking items like pans, measuring cups etc. There is at least 1 now, lol. Really a great location and we enjoyed.

Great place for a family to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Our condo was really nice, and large enough to accommodate our group of seven people comfortably. The pools and lazy river were great and we had easy access to the beach. We really liked the hammocks and the yard. When we arrived the first day it looked as if our room hadn't been completely cleaned so we called and our host quickly made sure it was cleaned thoroughly. Also the storm door was off the track and they repaired that as well. Their response was timely. The parking garage had a lot of spaces to park but it was a tight squeeze to get in and out of the parking terrace. The elevators were pretty fast and there were plenty of luggage carts to move luggage to and from the garage to our room. We would definitely go back there again.

Great Unit, terrible management response

Started out that I had to contact the management within about 2 hours of checking in due to the unit not being clean, items broken in the unit, no sheets for the pull out sofa, sink backing up, etc. I continued to message them through the stay as new things were found broken, etc. Finally on the next to last day they turned in a work order when the fridge was leaking a black substance all over the floor. I was told they would contact me before entering the unit, not so much. Came back to the black substance being gone and them finally having taken the broken chair (but did not replace it with a new one) and still a backed up master bathroom sink and not attached master bath toilet seat. The good-location was great, close to things but not too close where you couldn’t drive without getting stuck in traffic. Right on the beach, lots of pools, cornhole, arcade, on-site bar/restaurant. The unit itself had a good layout and decorated well. Nice balcony overlooking the lazy river with ocean views. The bad-response from management. The cleanliness upon entering was bad! Good in the cupboards from prior group (an entire bag of nasty onions-maybe not from prior, but a few prior!). Sand everywhere in the unit, on shelves, baseboards, etc. I spent a few hours cleaning with the few supplies I had because I didn’t want to use the dirty dishes, floors were a mess, etc. They failed to address numerous issues including a toilet seat that took you for a ride when you sat on it because there was nothing holding it on except the screw through the hole (no nut on the other side). Master bath sink backed up from minute number 1 and was never addressed. Unit had plenty of cups, however the plate and silverware selection was terrible. Missmatched plates, only 4 forks (unit says it sleeps 6 or 8, don’t remember-we had 5 people in our group, so someone doesn’t get a fork). No potholders for taking things out of the oven, no baking dishes, just 1 sheet pan. No sheets for the pull out sofa or pillowcases (plenty of extra pillows though). The fridge door storage was essentially useless except 1 part because the racks were missing. Overall-very disappointed in our stay because there was so much potential for this place but clearly not being taken care of well.

Great rental

Loved the room and location. It wasn’t on the strip so you’re not bothered by bar hoppers. Only issue we had was the room keepers waited until we pushed the cart out , went inside, dead bolted the door, and refused to open the door so we could leave the parking passes and get the last bag. We had to wait until she peeked out the door to ask for our stuff. She acted funny, so I’m not sure what was up with that. But other then that, we would stay again.

Family Getaway

Mostly great place to stay. Pros- Check in was easy, Room was clean, amenities were great, location was perfect. Cons- parking garage, Nothing to keep non-guests from using pool/amenities.

This property would have been fine . If I didn’t need to go in and clean it when we arrived. The place was DIRTY and Sand everywhere. Totally Unacceptable. Not how anyone wants to start a Vacation. Very Disappointed .

The room was in excellent condition! Very clean and just as pictured. The buildings exterior is a little dated and the front desk of the property wasn’t really welcoming or helpful because “ I didn’t rent thru them they couldn’t give me much information” is what I was told when asking a simple question about pool bands, pool towels etc. More information should be left in the room or email about pool bands, pool towels and amenities. Aside from that my family enjoyed our stay!
