"Need a reception - advertised as reception between working hours is a fallacy, as there is no reception and we only saw a cleaning person on the day we arrived. The police are absent when the young African men are around , who are waiting on all corners of the station, they are not dangerous but persistent. "

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that they are remote. The apartment was lovely and clean."

"Stay was excellent. I note though there tends to be some older guests like us...thus, in the btahrooms more rails are needed and for those of us who like a shower you should be provided with a rubber bath mat so you don't slip."
