Mountain Excellence

Great location, very clean and extremely well appointed for extended stays. Watch deer graze in the afternoons as you relax on the porch and let the stress melt away.

Like home except... beautiful views, fall colors, fantastic fire pit, and amazing deer visitors

6 longtime friends take an annual mid-October fall trip every year. A 9 hr drive for most of us and still ..Crisp Mountain Murphy, NC, is one of our favorite destinations. We do a whole lot of relaxing, cooking, eating, hanging out and nothing at all productive. We spent almost all of our time on the deck or enjoying the fire pit, morning till night. This home is spacious inside and out. Everything you need - kitchen, bathrooms, bedding is provided, and excellent quality. Beautiful views every direction and lots of deer activity to enjoy in the side 'yard'. Thank you for sharing your home!

2023 Pretentious Cabin Stay

Did not get off to a good start. The owner tried to back out of the rental less than 6 hours before the start of our trip, even after repeatedly guarantees we are adults. He also got EVOLVE involved to require proof of age. We are all over 55 fyi. Shortly after arrival and with 4 cameras on the property the the emails started. We came here to disconnect, but found ourselves under constant surveillance. We stayed at this cabin before under a different owner and had no issues. Current owner ruined the experience with his apprehensive nature. I contacted EVOLVE to see if there were any complaints lodged, and there were, but when asked for proof he could not provide any.

Beautiful, relaxing mountain home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Ron was extremely responsive and helpful with our last minute booking (our other booking fell through the day before). We really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, sitting by the fireplace, and the house was extremely well stocked and clean. Rooms were spacious. We were working remotely and had enough space to spread out/work at different desks and the internet worked pretty well, too. We would definitely come back!

Easy 5 stars review ever!

Property is in great shape, everything is new, updated and renovated. Having big,clean and dry garage space for our motorcycles and equipment was huge bonus! Inside everything is well organized labeled , clean and ready to use, kitchen, bathrooms have quality hardware installed and no issues with water pressure at all. W i- Fi is working fine, only one reset was required and owner was on the phone right away to assist us with that process. Easy 5 star rate and recommendation !

Whitewater Rafting Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property it was perfect !! Cabin is spotless and very cozy. We were impressed with the kitchen because is well equipped. It does not have fire pit, but if you don’t mind not having one Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

The VRBO profile picture does not show the beauty of this house!!

When you enter the gate, this house is the first home you see. It is a very nice setting. We had a wonderful stay. We saw lots of deer. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. There is ton of covered outdoor space and several levels. A family can have many entertainment areas without being crowded. There is foosball, cornhole and a bookshelf with what I assume are many other games... I would definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful!

Comfortable, Clean & Quiet

Very nice stay, plenty of room, well stocked, clean, comfortable and quiet. Despite a few minor hiccups which were immediately addressed, we had a very nice stay. Drive to the top of the neighborhood for a beautiful sunset, watch the deer and have a game of horseshoes with the residents. Convenient to Murphy and surrounding areas.

Rejuvenating Staycation

Intent was to find a clean, green, calm place in the mountains for relaxing with family. The Host - rather Super Host was extremely customer friendly - not just text/calling back for queries but eager to help. Amazing Property - v neat and clean - best part was its situated in the confluence of green meadows and backdrop of mountains. Arko & Nikita.
