We arrived out the accomodation and were told that it had been double booked. We waited in the rain for 2hrs before being offered a room for 1 night. The communication was terrible and we did not receive even the slightest apology for the inconvenience. My partner, daughter and our dogs were left stranded. We had to cancel our plans that had been booked the following day, and travel home the next day. Apparently it was a booking error, but I had been communicating with host daily, so it was obviously a human error. I am out of pocket hundreds of dollars and will never be booking with stayz again and will be telling everyone about our experience. My birthday weekend ended in tears. It was a terrible weekend all round.
