Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was a little dated. However, everything was really clean, including the bathroom. The machines in the fitness room were broken. The elevator needed some maintenance.

We stay here each time we are in the area as it’s the only hotel with an indoor pool. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is just ok and not many options . Regarding safety, there’s a few trip hazards. A trip hazard on the main floor in front of guest rooms is a metal plate cover that has been bent for months. There are two elevators, but only one ever is working.

Good hotel. Good rooms. Breakfast lady during the week is on her phone, on speaker, running late, talking on her phone EVERY DAY. The entire time she’s supposed to be preparing, she’s just talking away like nobody else exists. Very unprofessional, very surprised it’s tolerated. Reflects on management.

The staff were fantastic but the carpet and floors upon entereing the property to check in were dirty with mud on them. The hallway floor the elevator was very dirty. My room was clean, so that's all I really cared about. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Outdated, neglected property. Loose tile floors, broken shower head, would not seat in holder. I was in room 208, kids running across the floor until 11pm, no help in getting them to quiet down. I had to get up at 2am and leave for work. Two different dogs barking on my floor. Just ridiculous overall.
