We stayed 3 days. 1st night we werr in a hurry. Room right by elevator sounded great to not have to deag luggage far. It was horrible sleeping so close to the elevators. So noisy elevator ding every hour especially during breakfast. Changed rooms 2nd day. Lady was rude about it, asked if "we didnt realized we were right next to the elevator" like if we could predict ot being a nuisance. That room also had a leaking shower and the TV never connected up to the watch. The next room was way better. Farther away from elevator no leaks tv connection right away. Happy kids happy mom. Breakfast was amazing. Breakfast staff was beyond amaxing. Keep everything fresh and stocked not kne felt irritated or mad to be there. Very kind and friendly. Great pool and hot tub. Overall great stay after we switched rooms.

Overall thoughts

Staff was very friendly. Adequate cleanliness. Average breakfast bar. Air-conditioning in the room was noisy & didn't cool down enough. Plenty of pillows, but they were all too thick- I'd suggest having a variety of pillows (at least 2 types) to accommodate the needs of guests.

We were having a house built and had to travel in from 5 hours away so we stayed here several, several times. Staff was always courteous, room was clean, breakfast was as good as expected. No issues and worked for what we needed. Walking distance to a pretty good Mexican restaurant.
