Very clean, quiet hotel. Room was great, staff very friendly and were noticed taking care of common areas quickly (cleaning wet floors from rain/pool), restocking coffee, etc). Parking lot is small, but additional parking across the road.

A great hotel for a small town

Friendly staff. A special shout out to Ben who cleaned our room just as we wanted. He was friendly, accommodating and efficient. A different front desk person every day of our six night stay. Not a problem, just a curiousity. Always clean and uncluttered lobby and hallways. Complimentary breakfast was generous even though some of the hot entree choices were a mystery. Generous towels in guest bathroom.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what we expected for a pleasant stay. However, the location was a bit lacking in amenities. There were no open bars or restaurants within walking distance on a Sunday afternoon or early evening, which was disappointing. We also would have appreciated a simple outdoor seating area to enjoy the beautiful summer weather, but unfortunately, the hotel didn’t offer any outdoor space for relaxation.

Staff here is very unfriendly and not accommodating. Disappointing since I grew up in the area 40 years ago and have always enjoyed the people of Mosinee. I recommend personnel changes. It’s a small town and word will spread quickly if it hasn’t already. Please get it together and hire friendly people. It’s called hospitality for a reason.

The hotel was quiet and staff very helpful and friendly. Need bigger towels in pool area. Need more hooks and towel hangers in room for people staying more then one night. Hotel was centrally located for our needs.
