"Room was clean. Shower was nice and clean with good water pressure. Walls dark and scuffed up. Fragrance in hotel and room was overwhelming. Bedding was worn and could have been replaced. Overall average. We overpaid for this room."

"I would stay here again in a second. Anyone planning on staying in Monterosso should take the terrain into consideration, especially those that can’t do stairs or hills. That being said, this property is in a great location within 100 ft of the Main Street on the Fegina side of town. I can’t wait to come back! So quaint and charming, just like the town in sits in."

The hotel is really far from Forte and the area has nothing to do with Forte dei Marmi Portovenere is only one block with nothing to do for tourists The hotel is old , and is a 3 stars hotel With help is a 4 stars"

"What a delightful, timeless gem. This is not a modern chain hotel. It’s a quaint Italian hotel where you gather for a morning breakfast, meet new people in the lobby, share a small elevator and enjoy a clean room with a lovely view. The location was perfect. It was close enough to the ocean to see it from the second floor, yet far enough away that you could enjoy quiet evenings. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our host was a handsome young man who gave us a room keys, walked us to our room and made sure we were happy. He also doubled as the bartender and refilled the coffee machine at breakfast. He knew the best places to eat and the best way to enjoy the villages. A great experience for an affordable price! I’d certainly visit again."

"Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Personnel très serviable et au soucie des clients. La navette pour descendre en ville était très pratique mais devrais passer plus souvent qu’une seule fois par heure car il y avait seulement 8 places, donc si plusieurs personnes sont avant vous, vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour descendre ou attendre 1h. Le déjeuner était excellent. L’hôtel magnifique. La chambre était propre et bien ordonné"
