"The room was fine the only problem was the $10.00 a day additional parking fee. Where do they think you should park your car if its not at the hotel you are staying at. That is a joke, I've stayed at a lot of hotels without having to pay parking fees. I will NOT stay again."

The front desk employees were noticeably unfriendly and not very welcoming. When explaining parking, it was presented more as “parking costs this amount or you’ll be towed,” which felt like an odd and off-putting way to communicate that information. They also didn’t provide much information about the hotel’s amenities at check-in, and I later realized there were several things available that I wasn’t aware of during my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and my room was not cleaned during my stay. Overall, it was an average experience, but the unfriendly service left the worst impression."
