The apartment itself was very good value for the money, especially compared to other places we stayed in Croatia. It had a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and all the amenities we needed. The only notable downsides to the space itself were the very thin walls, which made it easy to hear neighboring units, and bedding that felt somewhat rough and less comfortable than expected.
Unfortunately, the communication and check-in process were frustrating. The property appears to be managed remotely rather than by a local host, and responses were extremely slow. We received no help regarding early bag storage, and because Expedia did not clearly provide the address, we arrived on the island with nowhere to go and no way to contact the property. We only received a response through Expedia chat, and not until two days later. In the end, we had to locate the property ourselves.
The apartment itself is nice, but the poor communication and difficult check-in experience significantly detracted from our stay. If I were booking again, I would choose a property with a local host or more responsive management.
