This property is centrally located with convenient access to many tourist points of interest like dining, shopping & grocery stores. Although it is a nice property, it does show a lot of wear & tear. It gives the impression of not having a recent deep clean. The entry rug and hallway were particularly dirty. The living room furniture could use a professional steam cleaning. For people with heat sensitivity it doesn’t cool efficiently and there are no ceiling fans or box fans to use. It was not well stocked with silverware and other kitchen basics. It could be a great property. A nice update would be shower heads with wands and upgrading the master to a King bed. I’d probably look for a first floor next time. The resort and gym space were nice. The decor was tasteful, it had nice televisions, but now local television channels.
