Experience Your Vacation Haven

This spacious home has been updated with a blend of warm greys and neutral hues ready to make your transition to resort life comfortable and easy. The first floor hosts the kitchen, living and dining areas. The living room is appointed with furniture ready to put your feet up. There is a bonus sitting area that doubles as a small office. Walk through the living areas and out the large sliding doors to a back deck that overlooks the lake and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay and Baytowne Marina. This will be the perfect spot for a ‘grill and chill’!

The first floor is home to the master bedroom and first guest bedroom. Both have private en suite bathrooms and are very spacious. The master bedroom has black-out curtains for those mornings when you need to snooze a few extra minutes.

The second floor is home to the two additional guest bedrooms. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed and double closets. Guest bedroom 4 has a queen bed and an added sitting room. They both use the completely updated full bathroom. Lots of space for everyone including the Fido as this home is pet friendly (for an additional fee)!
