We stayed here for 5 weeks. The elevator didn’t work for several days. The building-wide fire alarm went off one night, and after several minutes, I messaged the desk and they knew nothing about it. The rooftop pool was poorly maintained. It was clean but very overheated, like hot bath water. I contacted the staff to extend our stay by 1 week, they sent me a link and took my credit card, and then one day before our original departure, they said they didn’t process the extension, so we have to leave. Fortunately, they resolved this and we stayed an extra week. I tried to help several foreign speaking families check in after hours as they were having difficulties with having a foreign phone number as well as language barriers, and one family left. Check in for those from foreign countries after hours seemed to be very difficult. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would not go back.
