Enjoyed my stay here. Staff at the reception desk was professional and helpful as I watch her interact with a customer who had a reservation declined for lack of payment. I like to submit this request for the hotel to have complimentary bottle of water for each guest. Also Needed for transportation “a step stool” when getting into the Van for safety purposes. I have experienced this with other transportation companies having a need for it.

It is close to airport but is an older hotel somewhat updated but had that old smell. Did not feel safe area surrounding would never stay there again. Had I known prior to booking would not of booked. Very poor choice IMO

Airport shuttle - please note door numbers where shuttle will stop and not just dept level 2 - airport is large and while info in airport says several door numbers eg 5, 8-10 it does not state which hotel shuttles leave from which location. At 10pm at night I don’t want to miss the once every 1/2 hr ride. Requested wake up call which never happened so mad rush to get ready for morning flight. Rooms are OK. Maybe a free bottle of water in the fridge would make the stay more pleasant particularly as arriving late in the night. While water is dispensed on ground floor you are travelling with bags and don’t want to go back out after getting into your room (10.39-11.00pm). Convenient to airport.

The front desk lady was helpfull. The shuttle bus guy "el cubano" was friendly great service. The staff at the restaurant were also amazing. Coming from Boston this was a great experience.

The Hotel is near 7min from the airport. You can hear the plans coming in . The car rental return is 5 min away. Looks like the hotel is on the border of sketchy neighborhood but the 3 hotels that next to each other a fairly new bringing up thr stautus of the area. I never felt unsafe. This hotel had a parking garage connected to the hotel . Your car will be on the same floor you stay which is separated by a door to your hallway. I recommend using the parking garage its so convenient. The rooms are .modern , clean and spacious. The Staff is attentive. I had a small issue with the coffee maker and within minutes i had a brand new one out the box. I would stay here again .

Property staff were great nice and friendly but rooms were not up to part my sheets were dirty had stains on them and it didn’t look anything like pictures it had a horrible odor from the room , I wasn’t aware of a 150$ deposit either until arrival they didn’t have any trash bags in any garbage can the shower was also dirty we made the best of it for the few days we were there they did manage to being us a microwave though so we were grateful for that

I was told to reach out once I land for pickup and how the shuttle runs every 30 mins. Called 5 times, was hung up on each time AFTER being placed on hold! AFTER over an hour wait the shuttle arrives and the driver had the most NASTIEST attitude. Arrived to the room and the ottoman chair had stains all over it, shower pressure was not high at all. Still have yet to recieve my deposit back. Highly disappointed!
