SureStay Plus by Best Western Alamogordo White Sands
"I liked the property and would stay there again. I wanted to extend my stay by one day and checked on Expedia (one day prior to checkout) and it indicated they had 5 king bed nonsmoking available as was the one I was staying in. I checked at the front desk and the lady told me that I would have to check out by 11:00am and then check back in after 3:00pm and that I would have to carry from 2nd floor all my belongings to my vehicle and then unload back into room after rechecking back in after 3:00pm. I said that is ridiculous. She told me that there was nothing she could do. I was there 4 nights and requested on morning after 3 nights. I never requested any extra towels the whole time I stayed there. All this new technology, and can't even do a simple task anymore without making it difficult. I told the lady to just forget it and I checked out the next morning and stayed somewhere else."
