The bed was soft and comfortable but I am used to a firmer bed and would have preferred it firmer. The linen was like new. No worn out thin ..."

"Mermaid Waters Nightelier was such a unexpected surprise. Everything was very clean. The room was huge compared to most hotels, even the very expensive ones. The bed was soft and comfortable but I am used to a firmer bed and would have preferred it firmer. The linen was like new. No worn out thin towels that were white once. The free breakfast was very good and same with the bistro at a very reasonable price. I really couldn't fault anything. I will definitely stay there again."

"Great place to stay however the construction in and surrounding the hotel ruined the relaxing holiday vibe. It even occurred on the Saturday at 6.30am. I did not get notification that there was construction work happening by the hotel or Hotels.com and wasted a free night, and extra money on this stay unfortunately."
