You have to pay $20 a day for parking and the vents were blowing out cold air in a snowstorm . Someone doing maintenance came up and said one of the hoses was damaged and that’s why it was blowing cold air . They gave me 2 little space heaters and told me if I wanted a new room the next night I could have one .

This was the worst stay I have ever had . The entire hotel is very dirty and needs a deep clean . Had a very uncomfortable interaction with a staff member and nothing was done to rectify the situation. Please do not stay here between the condition , no parking , and uncomfortable interaction I do not recommend this hotel unless your are desperate!

Terrible experience here. The customer service manager Joycelyn was extremely rude and not helpful. My family and I would not even consider to book at this hotel again. To fellow my travelers, in my opinion, there are many other hotels available in the area that you would get you a better bang for your buck.
