Only reason we didn't leave is because there was nothing available. Uc merced was having a big event and everything was sold out, I checked. The house itself was clean enough except for the carpet, disgusting. We were 5 total and they only left 5 towels, not a single extra. No washcloths, no hand towels, not even in the downstairs bathroom nothing to dry your hands with. The towels we had were stained, they smelled clean but the stains were very off putting. We went and bought our own towels. The backyard was completely overgrown with weeds, there was a table and a bench that were filthy and a broken washer/dryer so sitting outside was not and option. No television in any of the bedrooms, the upstairs TV did not work. The house is very minimally furnished. There is huge dog across the street and 1 next door that bark a lot so be aware, I know that is not the owners fault but something to note. Beds were comfortable, if its winter bring blankets because there are no extras either. Bring your own toiletries. House was clean but do not expect any amenities.
