This hotel by far exceeded my expectations from check in to check out. Roxy and other staff members were ever helpful with questions and explanations. The Native Son offered really good short breakfast and lunch options. Rainbird was a special dinner treat. Housekeeping services were every so accommodating. Visited Mainzer for a look. Great menu options as well. Next visit to Merced you've got my business

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a bit of street noise - not the hotel’s fault - but complimentary ear plugs were already in the room. Use valet parking ($15) unless you want to walk outside a couple minutes between the parking lot and the hotel during foul weather. I very much liked my stay and will stay here again.
