"The room had cochroaches and tree bugs through out. Around 330am the hotel smelled of Raid (or something similar) and gave my wife a headache. We could not get confortable and left. We did not even think about sticking around for breakfast due to the infestation. Real downside, Hotels.com refused to refund the stay due to "strict cancelation policies" even though we didn't cancel."

"The room was clean and had enough space for our many many bags. There was an airport shuttle but we just had too many bags for it. The staff was wonderful. They were helpful, and accommodating. Made a mistake when booking the rooms so I had to make two separate bookings for each night. They made the transition for it easy and uncomplicated. Having to travel half way across the world with a toddler, a cat, a dog and our entire lives with us they helped make part of our trip a lot less stressful and I will forever be thankful for it. "
