My new wife and I had a great experience. The blackout curtains alone were a saver. We were exhausted after the wedding and slept in quite late. It was great.

Had a nice stay, easy-going walking trails around the property, plenty of great views, relaxing spots to sit, quaint river town down the road with restaurants and other nice spots to visit. Quick drive to famous sites.

The property had many fun amenities and was gorgeous! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I made a special arrangement for a birthday cake for my husband at the end of our dinner and the server was not told about it. I had to leave our dinner table and tell the server about the cake that was supposed to be a surprise. Very disappointing.

Absolutely beautiful and stunning area. We had the luck of coming in on a warm sunny day. My only regret was not booking an additional day. We came to this lodge to attend a wedding, and felt rushed. We didn't get a full opportunity to experience the entire resort, but from what we saw it was absolutely amazing.
