Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton
"The hotel was great, the location was great, our room was great BUT, when we arrived to the dining room at 9 in the morning, it was a disaster. Tables dirty, floor filthy, no milk, no eggs just horrible. I went into the little kitchenette and the girl was on her phone eating. I told her about the poor condition of the dining room but nothing was done, she just brought out some eggs and that’s it. When we left the dining room, the garbage bins were full to the top and garbage on the floor ……. Just an embarrassment for the hotel. Besides that, everything was just great."
