Sailors house -Traditional Istrian with spacious olive garden and a fireplace

Sailors house is a traditional stone built house in the center of the well known village Rakalj. It is the place where you find Istrian tradition, great hospitality and beautiful nature in one place. Sailors house has it's own courtyard with two parking spaces, olive garden and external stone built shower. Outside there is also a toilet, sink and a washing machine.
The house is 70 m2 big, it has ground floor, 35m2, with living room, kitchen, bathroom, stairs and a fireplace. On a first floor, also 35 m2, there are two bedrooms and a small hall.
The house is traditionally decorated, stone + wood, with many ornaments like old sewing machine, navy knots, ship barometers, recalling to the great maritime history of Rakalj. Also it is fully equipped with TV SAT and WiFi connection on demand.

Wir standen regelmäßig, such vor Abreise, mit Josip in Kontakt. Er war uns eine grosse Hilfe und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank für deine Geduld und Tipps. Zum Haus: es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Waschmaschine die Aussendusche und die Klimaanlage waren bei der Hitze unerlässlich. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit gefühlt.

Ein sehr nettes Haus im alten Stiel. Ideal mit Kindern. Man kann sich sehr gut Erholen. Ein ruhiger Ort mit einen schönen Strand in der nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr Zuvorkommend.

Mehr erhofft wie angetroffen

viele Kleinigkeiten die zu erledigen wären um sich wohl zu fühlen, es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Das Bad ist kleiner als klein, Fugen sind verschimmelt. Zu wenig Geschirr und nur 2 Kochplatten und alles sehr eng und keine Abstellflächen. Wir waren zum Glück nur zu zweit für mehr Personen finde ich es zu klein. Was auch sehr ärgerlich war ist das kein Schattenplatz vorhanden ist, wäre mit einem Sonnensegel mühelos erledigt. Ganz wichtig viel Mückenspray mitnehmen. Wenn man draußen die Aussendusche benutzt, nicht grillen, besprechen mit Vermieter. Für das Geld etwas besseres erwartet.

Very nice stay in Rakalj with a nice host

The house is greatly located on the center of Rakalj. The house offers all what is needed with a space to take a shower outside, a bbq and place to eat outside. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Relax

Casa accogliente, curata e pulita. Bell il ardono e mare magnifico , raggiungibile solo in macchina. Josep ospite ineccepibile . Consiglierei una lampada in più all’esterno della casa, unica nota dolente tantissime zanzare in giardino.... difficile mangiare all’esterno. Comunque una bella proprietà

Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus

Alles war so wie wir uns es vorgestellt hatten. Wenn das Wetter eventuell nicht so gut ist, wird es mit 5 Personen vielleicht aber ein bisschen eng. Dadurch dass wir die Außendusche nutzen konnten, war aber alles in Ordung. Nette Bar mit Snacks um die Ecke, und ein kleiner Supermarkt vor Ort. Die Strände sind gut mit dem Auto oder sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen und fast menschenleer. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt, weil das gesamte Grundstück ummauert ist. Auch der Kontakt mit Josip war super. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Nettes kleines, einfaches Häuschen mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Häuschen. Einzig das Bad ist sehr klein, aber dafür hat der Vermieter bereits eine Aussendusche und eine zusätzliche Toilette mit Waschbecken im Außenbereich installiert. Bei Bedarf gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage.

Schönes Ferienhaus in freundlichem Dorf

Wunderschönes, kleines Steinhäuschen in kroatischem Stil. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Aussendusche samt kleinem Häuschen, das eine gute Erweiterung des kleinen Innenbades darstellt. Danke Josip für die super Unterstützung und Tipps während unseres Aufenthalts und bei der An- und Abreise. Josip schafft es einem das Gefühl zu geben willkommen zu sein und kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass ihm die Gäste am Herzen liegen. Er ist stetig dabei den Aufenthalt für die Gäste zu verbessern, so gibt es beispielsweise nun auch eine schöne Sitzgelegenheit aus Holz um gemütlich draußen zu essen oder man kann nun auch perfekt auf Holzliegen die Sonne genießen. Somit hatten wir zwei sehr schöne Wochen Urlaub in dem kleinen Häuschen. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub!
