Perfect and very quiet place to stay near Duquesa Port

Very clean and modern apartment with very comfortable beds and absolutely everything I needed for a long stay. It was very quiet too and I slept soundly every night. Duquesa Estates were very quick to respond and helpful when I had a querie about the washing machine. I particularly liked the position which was close to the port and the fact that it was a gated complex which meant I felt very safe being there on my own. The water was always piping hot and plentiful and the WiFI was fast and reliable. No Complaints. Maybe a few cleaning cloths but it wasn't really a problem as I bought some of my own very cheaply.

Amazing location and Fantastic service

The apartment was the perfect location to enjoy the port and a short walk into Sabinillas. The amenities were great and the service from Duquesa estates was nothing short of exceptional. We had a service request and someone attended within minutes to resolve it. We also had to book last minute and they went out their way to help up. Thank you soo much! The enclosed balcony with glass curtains was fantastic for our kids, but if you are a sun worshiper I don’t imagine it would get much sun. Would definitely visit again! Only slight improvement for this apartment would be the pool could have been cleaner, so we didn’t use it, but that won’t be down to Duquesa Estates x
