I prepaid for a double Queen room. Front desk says they overbooked these rooms gave me a handicap accessible king. I don’t understand how i prepaid for an overbooked room?? Not happy at all.

It was easy to get to, very clean, close to shopping and plenty of parking, front staff great. However, breakfast was extra, and there was nothing in the room regarding what amenities the hotel offered, what the restaurant offered, what was close for entertainment.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great! The kids had so much fun in the pool, but my favorite part was the front desk manager, Maddi! She’s always so friendly and kind. She’s always so helpful and accommodating. I wish all customer/staff encounters could be like my encounter(s) with Maddi. Thank you, Maddi, again, for your help in getting us the date we needed and the room we needed.

We stay there every year at Christmas because of the festival of lights outside and the nice rooms.

Great location but not worth the price.

Pros: It is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and things to do with the kids. Room service was good and they were friendly.
Cons: The pillows, the mattresses, and a more efficient staff (some were great but outnumbered) Also, it's not "made to order" breakfast.
Location: The Sparrow is a 6 min walk, their coffee is great. Also the big city park is close. That was great for kids.
It looks like a great hotel. I've stayed in worse but they were a lot cheaper. The beds were so uncomfortable. That little "dial a snooze" is a load of bs. Housekeeping never came to straighten up our room or even take our trash. We were traveling with a toddler in diapers, kind of necessary. The breakfast wasn't bad. It would've been a great complimentary breakfast but I ended up paying $30 for bagels, cream cheese, and juice. The staff just stood around talking. I had to go up and ask someone for the check. Room service was much better but limited hours. When asked about our stay my husband said it was ok in a disappointed voice. The lady replied back "great!". I guess "ok" is standard for them.
