Welcome to our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property located at the Timberline Complex in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Sleeps up to six people. With a recently renovated design, our property has been tastefully updated to provide you with the perfect base for your Mammoth Lakes adventure.

The Space:
Our property can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed (full size bed over full size bed) and an XL twin. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sectional couch that doubles as a pull-out queen bed, ideal for larger groups or families.

Two Full Bathrooms -
Bathroom #1 - this full bathroom is downstairs and has a shower and tub combo
Bathroom #2 - this full bathroom is upstairs and is adjacent to the living room and has a shower only

The Amenities:
We've equipped our property with everything you need to feel at home, including a fully stocked kitchen with a new range and microwave. The open floor plan means you can socialize with your guests while cooking your favorite meals. Afterward, curl up on the large sectional couch in the living room, where you can watch a movie or catch up on your favorite TV shows on our 55-inch TV. Private in unit washer and dryer.

Property overall was okay. However, there were few problems that I listed and sent to the customer service and there is no single word of apologizing. Moreover, there is an excuse for every problem that I listed rather than saying that you will correct and we will do something better next time. The entire communication was simply unprofessional.

Perfect Condo / Location

Weekend ski trip with family. Great unit and location. Kid loved the bunk bed. Everything was clean and well stocked. Perfect stay.

Great location

This property was in a great location for skiing. Although we could of taken the shuttle we drove up everyday. The property itself is nice although there are some corks that it has. The motion lights in the bathroom needs to be removed. It shuts off when you're taking a shower and you have to wave your hand out the glass door in order for it to turn back on. It only stays on for about 30 sec and then shuts off again. Also, the heater in the front bedroom doesn't work, but they did provide a space heater for that room. But, if you have everything running down stairs, you blow the breaker and now you have to re-set it. Overall, it was great for the price and location, just needs to be re-wired.

Boys and I checked in, stoked on the layout. Kitchen was perfect to whip up fresh meals. Fireplace was key with solid supply of wood! Probably book it his spot again soon, YEW!
