We had a wonderful stay at this home in Mammoth Lakes. The location is excellent—very close to a large supermarket, which made things easy and convenient.The quality of the house and furniture is outstanding, far beyond what you’d normally expect from a vacation rental. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was incredibly convenient for our group of friends. The spacious common area and open patio with a nice view gave us plenty of room to relax together.Even though we visited during some smoky days from nearby fires, the comfort and beauty of this home still made our Mammoth Lakes vacation joyful and memorable.

Quiet stay in lovely home

We had a lovely stay with friends and family at the Lodges home. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. They had books, games, and puzzles which we enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped. There is lots of natural light coming into the living space, and views over the golf course. The home does border one of the holes on the golf course, so we did hear golfers when we were home in the daytime. The downstairs bedrooms only had French doors to open, not other windows, so it felt a bit stuffier at night, but they did supply plenty of fans. The neighborhood is very quiet, and close to the city bike and walking trails. It's about a 30 minute walk to the part of town where Vons and some cafe's are located.

disappointed.

the property is in nice location, but the property didn't seem well kept up. had ant issues, no screens on window so we couldn't leave windows open. not enough towels, no broom or vacuum in the property, overall was disappointed with the condo. listing gave the impression that each room had a bathroom with shower or tub but the loft didn't it only had a half bath while the main living area had a full bath which made no sense if they had been switched it would have been much better.

The location is fantastic, the property is well-maintained, and spacious for our group. We loved the views off the back of the balcony and thought the beds were comfortable. The reason I did not give it 5 stars were from the following: 1) the freezer did not work well. We purchased ice cream and found it the next day as a soup. The ice machine did not replenish the ice. I called and they sent someone out the next day but it did not improve and they left the melted ice cream on the counter where it completely spoiled and attracted ants; 2) the bathrooms had partial rolls of toilet paper and no extra roll. We ended up buying toilet paper at the grocery store, but you expect the rolls to be full to start or at least have a back-up roll; 3) the light in the master bathroom above the toilet was not working so you had to keep the door wide open in order to see anything; 4) the hot tub/spa on the property was empty and not operational. I understand that repairs sometimes need to be made but I didn't appreciate any heads up about the spa being non-operational. We got on our swim trunks and walked down to the spa only to find it had no water in it. A heads up would have been nice. If these things had been fixed/corrected, I would rate it a 5. The freezer was a massive problem, in my opinion. We were lucky we didn't need to use the freezer for anything else. No access to ice--especially for hikes and water bottles was very disappointing.

Mammoth Family Ski Trip Xmas 24

We loved the property. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were great. We have stayed in the Lodges for years and it's the best community! Right on the golf course with amazing views. The Deck at this house is terrific... BBQ, 4 Chairs and just great views!

Vacation

Property is great. Just hope and pray you do not have to deal with the individuals with property management company for anything especially Jamie Nash. A lot of attitude and poor response time. Things that were suppose to be looked at and fixed was not done or they had no clue to resolve issue which made the whole experience with this property not memorable.

The property was exactly as described. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Came to Mammoth with friends for an extended fishing weekend. We had a great time in and out of the property.

Everything was so nice and clean.Kitchen was clean and very equipped.The view was awesome. The only thing which was so uncomfortable was each room’s beds.Mattresses were not comfortable.They were either too soft or too hard. But overall we had so nice trip and thank you

Great roomy house with awesome kitchen and view

What a great house in a wonderful location! The house was massive! Bathrooms were huge with big bathtubs which we love!! The kitchen was spacious and great for sharing the space if you have multiple families. The loft was set up perfect for our 9-12 year olds to have a space of belonging… it was just great!! Hope to come back to this house again!

Great location and beautiful home- but plumbing issues and not clean

The home is beautiful, location is great, and the size / layout of the house is perfect for big families or large groups. However- the home was not thoroughly cleaned when we got there. There was food under the coffee table presumably from the last group of guests. The sheets were clearly not changed in two bedrooms- as there was hair and food in the sheets. Ants were very prominent in one bed. Two of the toilets would not flush and were inoperable. That’s a big problem! I attempted to reach the owners via two phone numbers they provided to us to alert them of the issues and got NO Response during our stay. I attempted to reach out again after our stay. They said we received a small $50 refund but I haven’t gotten that on my credit card or any record of it. This is one of the most expensive listings in Mammoth for VRBO- I would have expected it to have excellent cleanliness, and have gotten a response.

Terrible management

Beware! Zero customer service Woke up to ants crawling on my arm. No hospitality shampoo soap… Dirty towels Dirty fridge/freezer Upon calling Sarah, she notified me someone would be there to place ants traps. They never came. Nothing in the way of, oh I’m so sorry….I’ll send someone over right away…. She informed me that there is a washer and dryer on the premises and I can wash the towels myself. Regarding the shampoo..? She informed that there is a new California regulation. She can no longer provide that for customers. Now some bathrooms had amenities, most did not. What Sarah does not know is that we were in mammoth in December, at a different property at snowcreek. And at thatֶ time, just a month earlier there were no “California regulations” (which is her standard answer for everything wrong) and we had plenty of amenities. We have been coming to mammoth for over 25 years. Renting mostly at snowcreek, never have I been treated by a rental management company as I have this time!

Lovely house, beautiful view

We had the good fortune of visiting during stormy weather, so we got to experience lots of beautiful snow! There are snowy golf course and mountain views out the back windows to enjoy while sitting by the fire. I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this is one of the nicest. Lots of room, comfortable beds, good sized kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Garage parking and snow plow service were greatly appreciated. Just a short walk to the bus stop with access to the daytime bus and the night trolley. This house checked all of the boxes for us.

Great family vacation

Very clean and furnishing were all in good shape. Plenty of room for a family. Fun to watch golfers on hole number 7 (3 par). Nice balcony with view of the mountains. We biked, fished, hiked, and golfed during our stay.
