The resort design works well - to have the pool right outside our patio was lovely, the bed was large, great bathroom. The location too was excellent and we loved how the beach space was decorated in fairy lights, swings and hammocks, adding to the luxurious feel.

"Definitely value for money! The room was decently sized. The hotel was beautiful. We had a spa package included and it was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was always very crowded and there was a variety of options, but we didn't enjoy it as much as our previous accommodation. The hot drink machine always tasted watered down and the fruit was average. There was a 7 eleven just down the road and a couple smaller restaurants, but if you went down the side street there was a great little night market. I think the pool/gym is shared with the public so you have to sign in to use it which was a bit annoying, but not a big deal. Once again, staff were friendly and always willing to help. "

From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. If you’re traveling solo and craving amazing Thai food, this is a must-visit. The staff makes you feel right at home, and the food is outstanding.
