Okay place. Poor communication. I rarely leave reviews but this whole experience was poor. Two hotels under one roof. Very odd. No parking available. Had to drive to a parking garage down the street in a bad area. Nothing was comped. Reserved a two queen bed suite with pull out couch. Due to “maintenance issues” our room was not available upon check in at 11pm. We were given a king room without acknowledgement and had no clue until we opened the door. It was two adults and two kids. Was told they were at full capacity and nothing could be done. Essentially they gave our room away since we were later arriving. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Staff was absolutely excellent but the location is not the safest part of downtown with very little walkability to anything. It’s an older hotel and really if you picked the hotel and staff up and moved it a couple blocks east it would be great. Location is just tough for families.

Hotel was clean, typical hotel breakfast. The front desk was terrible though. The woman at the counter was rude and didn’t seem to understand how the phone system worked at the hotel.

Breakfast was a nice addition and they seemed to keep it fully stocked during the breakfast hours. You will find a variety of items to pick from including eggs and either sausage or bacon. Staff was friendly and had no problems with check-in or check-out. Beds were comfortable and clean from what we could tell.
