There are 2 hideway bed couchs so unit can sleep 6. Host has many contacts for tickets at Churchill downs and all events in the local area! Unit has washer and dryer. Easy parking, easy to get in the rental, and nice rental. Bathroom was especially nice. The only thing I could find that could be improved is the bathroom door. It’s like a frosted glass that you can still sort of see through. If you were staying with friends it might be awkward. Everything else was perfect. We would stay here again.
