We needed a place to stay and that is exactly what we got. Communication was poor. We needed to call VRBO customer service twice before the host would even get back to us regarding check in information and he said it was because the apartment was being “cleaned”. This I doubt for sure because it was not very clean. The main door does not even really fit the hinges properly! There were tons of long hairs in the bathroom and white pet hairs all over the couch. We only needed it for one night or else we would have gone somewhere else. I have multiple emails stating I will be getting a credit for the cleaning fee but I haven’t see it yet!
