The hotel is near to the beach. Walking distances to food places and a local supermarket. Safe neighborhood to walk to eais very safe, the parking is right in front of the rooms.Good for the price.

I booked the biggest suite room that they have. Pros: The suite has one king, queen, sofa beds, fridge, microwave and stove for heating water. Price is on par with Airbnb rental. Cons: Room is quite worn out; bedroom window has missing blind pieces and it facing public walkway; bathroom paint peeled off (see attached photo); bedroom floor is quite dirty to walk barefooted; no cookware and utensils provided (stove is for boiling water only); no closet, cloth hanger, hair dryer, extra blanket provided.

The room is clean. Staff is helpful. HMart our favorite store and Korean dining place is walking distance. 8 minutes drive to Torrance beach. The environment needs some upkeep. But it’s what is expected at this rate.

Place isnt bad, good location and close to the beach. There are restauraunts close by. The facility has a pool. I didnt use the pool or see anyone in the pool, however. So i cant rate that. Some lady was yelling at her bf the first day we stayed. Threw cups from her room at him while he was walking to his car. I think some people stay monthly. Could have cleaned the rooms better, the shower looked dirty. Rooms are very outdated and need to be updated and brought up to code. I wouldnt stay here if you have small children because there are lots of potential hazards. We had 5 guests stay from Friday to Sunday and they only gave us 3 towels, 1 bar of soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Room service didnt come by at all. Only 1 tv and its in the living room. For $350, I kind of expected better, but it wasnt a bad place to stay at. Just kind of skimpy on service.

While we booked a suite for 3 adults and 3 children, there were towels for only 2 people. When I went to the office to request more, the manager seemed to think I was being unreasonable. On our second day there were no clean towels and the room had not been serviced at all. The trash had not even been emptied. I went to the office to obtain towels and was told that rooms only get serviced once every 3 days and we had checked in on day 2 of that schedule. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the sheets on the beds had not been changed before my check-in.

My stay here is usually very comfortable. I just had an experience with staff, in which I was accused of taking batteries to a t.v remote. I will not go into details, as this was not staff that should have been behind the counter. Sometimes there will be hit and misses overall the hotel is reasonable.
