Overall: 4.5/5 The host was very responsive to inquiries and outreach. She was also very accommodating. We reserved this location for a family reunion, and it was perfect for our large group. We had every age group from baby to grandpa, and everyone had something fun for their age! The playroom, outdoor playground, games, arcade, theater, spaces for chatting…it was perfect! The group communal meeting spaces, private bathrooms and bedrooms, large kitchen, and kid playroom set this location apart from other venues we considered. Downsides: However, the description about amenities and check out times didn’t quite match what was there. The host said she is working on correcting that. And there are no extra sheets or towels available, so definitely bring your own if you need extras. There was one bed that appeared to have dirty sheets when we arrived on site for check in, and there weren’t pillow cases for some of the extra pillows in the closets. Not all rooms have shampoo/conditioner, so you’ll want to bring that, too. And while the playroom had lots of toys, some of them were a partially broken/overused. it would be even better if some of the toys were updated. But other than that, the venue was amazing and meet all of our needs. We all had a wonderful time. It was our best reunion to date, in large part bc of the venue. This property is spacious, beautiful, and fun!
