"I’m pretty sure they turn off the A/C at night. We thought ours broke at 1am. They came eventually to look at the thermostat and when we requested a new room they needed a second opinion. That guy who came in gave my husband attitude as he only saw me on the room and said that he wasn’t registered ..."

"This is a good standard hotel which for the price, in peak summer, was decent value. The lobby and restaurant were pleasant and clean. The food was good, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and professional, both in the evening and at breakfast, for which there was a good selection. The room was large and well equipped. Aircon seemed stuck on 26C but as it was 34C outside, it was great! Only downside was the carpet (unusual for an Italian hotel) and bedding looked like it had seen better days (although bedding was spotless). Overall, very positive, especially if you want to spend a day in a shopping centre (not for me!)"
